Without a question, one of San Antonio's top neighborhoods is Lavaca. With an outstanding neighborhood community and a ton to do, it makes up for any shortcomings it may have in terms of safety and education (ranking 3/5 in both).
The community association in Lavaca is ideal. Since 2010, they have held a weekly Happy Hour get-together. People from neighboring areas now attend the Happy Hour to experience the Lavaca way of life.

Nearly 500,000 single males live here, so there are a lot of opportunities for me, according to the census data. In comparison to other Texas cities, San Antonio is also reasonably safe from natural calamities, and certain neighborhoods are entirely walkable.
